(Of note, I have had my new OS X with T2 chip turn off once or twice when browsing security/foreign policy-related mags, but I don't recall if the Snitch was involved back then, I didn't check. This was after I had deliberately shut down (=terminated) the Micro Snitch app a couple of weeks ago. I open the LS/MS log, and see that at the time of reading the site, first the Micro Snitch app is "launched", and then a microsecond in, both the audio device and the FaceTime video device were "found" (read: not "enabled/disabled", as when I use Skype or other video and call connection). Two minutes in, Mac OS X shuts down, the way I understand it does, when the T2 security chip works its magic to prevent a hack (?). I open a website, one with some public security/foreign policy interest. Download Snitch apk 1.051.05 for Android. I use Little Snitch and Micro Snitch since a few months in my new computer / OS, with no known previous issues.
